In July 2023 ACJ ecology acquired its own woodland.

Waggonway Wood, a lowland mixed deciduous woodland, will become a new biodiversity offsetting site in the north of England. At 5.75 acres, it is designated for its importance for nature conservation at a national level, being classified as a Planted Ancient Woodland Site (PAWS). This site shows great potential for improvement and will be managed by ACJ ecology.
