Janet
Director of Finance & Operations
Janet has been an integral part of our team since its launch in 2014. With an extensive background in project management and qualifications in finance and business studies, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Her primary objective is to streamline operations within the team, leading to heightened efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.
Imogen
Director of Land & Marine Ecology
Imogen earned a bachelor’s degree in marine biology with a specific focus on ecology and conservation and joined us in 2023. Her experience includes hands-on work in woodland management and conducting comprehensive surveys, and she holds a professional qualification in QGIS, a leading geographic information system software. Imogen is passionate about forging strong client partnerships to develop tailored solutions optimising biodiversity outcomes.
Jamie
Director of Land & Woodland Management
Jamie, who joined our team in 2017, is a valuable addition. He brings with him not only qualifications in Conservation but also a wealth of hands-on experience. This includes proficiently working with chainsaws and similar machinery to manage woodlands, conducting various surveys, and ensuring the welfare of sheep and cattle. His expertise is a testament to his capabilities.
Jamie’s true passion lies in creating extraordinary wildlife habitats.
His dedication to this cause is evident in his collaborative efforts with other companies, all in pursuit of our shared goal- to create habitats that are ‘bigger, better and more joined up’.
Andrew
Founder & Managing Director
Andy has an impressive track record of over 30 years of conservation experience. He previously worked as the Head of Conservation for a Wildlife Trust, Assistant Director of Studies for the Field Studies Council, and Course Director and Lecturer for the University of Essex and the University of Cambridge. He is a member of the external advisory board for the University of Essex and the University of Southampton. He is also the founder of a new conservation charity, 1187249.
Andy’s outstanding and significant contribution to conservation and biodiversity has gained recognition from nationally respected organisations. He was awarded various fellowships for delivering landscape-scale conservation projects.
